We were well looked after when we arrived to check in. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was also very good, provided us and the kids the privacy we needed with the sliding divider. We all slept very well. The kids loved it. The only thing we observed was the room was very dusty.

Plenty of parking out front of hotel. Paid parking for secure parking. Staff friendly & helpful. There was construction in the foyer when we arrived, but couldn’t hear any noise from rooms. Rooms were clean, spacious & had plenty of amenities - bathroom products, kettle, coffee, etc. Rooms were quiet. Check in & check out was quick & easy. The restaurant attached to the hotel was well equipped but felt a bit pricey. $42/ adult for the buffet. This is great, there was plenty of food to choose from, I know the price is for ‘all you can eat’ but we would never be able to eat that much. Maybe there could be an offer for a 1 plate price. Overall the trip was great.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mantra for a week on a visit to Gladstone for work and I found the hotel lovely! The staff were friendly, it had convenient parking and it was so clean! Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service and friendly staff. I visited the Sunshine Coast frequently from Townsville via roadtrip. We often stay overnight at Rockhampton but decided to stay in Gladstone. Was a bit sceptical as it is slightly off the highway and a bit further. Staying at the Mantra Gladstone made it worth is and will be my stop offer from now on.

The front staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning staff is friendly and really good at what they're doing. The food at the restaurant The Shingle Inn is delicious and healthy. The premises were always clean everywhere. The gym facility has a great variety of machines and equipment. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay here. I'm from Canada.

Spacious, clean and extra comfortable rooms. The TV makes you think you are in a cinema but far enough away to be comfortable viewing. Reception staff are exceptionally friendly. Fantastic buffet restaurant and I normally do not like buffets. I wish we were staying longer. Needs 6 stars.
